Fantastic location, loved the views from the kitchen and conservatory. Well-equipped and clean. Nice touch with the Nespresso machine. Restaurants within walking distance so I didn't have to use my royal carriage.
Oh, I can't find anything to complain about. How disappointing!

The value for money at the Burnsyde Beach House was excellent, and the room was wonderfully appointed and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the beach with stunning views from the kitchen and conservatory area. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

The property had a lovely patio and free private parking. Perfect for exploring the coast. The terrace and sea views were delightful. WiFi and private parking were great bonuses.
Carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors are such a hassle, who needs safety?

Everything but the weather! Clean, comfy, warm and had all we needed and more! Fabulous location. The decor and furnishings were lovely. Clean and comfortable with a fantastic sea view. Also, it was great that there was milk in the fridge and tea and coffee. Really good location with a 3-minute walk to the beach. Great views while sitting in the kitchen/conservatory area. Very well appointed throughout and well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Good restaurants all a short walk away so you don’t need to use the car.

I absolutely loved my stay at this beach house! It has a fantastic location and is finished to a very high standard. The stylish decor adds to the overall charm of the house, and the views of the beach are simply amazing. Key collection was a breeze, and there is plenty of parking available. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and I especially enjoyed spending time in the warm sun room. The beds were comfortable, and the towels and bedding were fluffy and luxurious. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
Nothing not to like! 😊

Lovely place to stay even bad weather didn’t spoil it! Everything but the weather! Clean, comfy, warm and had all we needed and more! Great views while sitting in the kitchen/conservatory area. Very well appointed throughout and well equipped. Fantastic location with a 3-minute walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean. Good restaurants all a short walk away. Stylish decor and amazing views of the beach. Key collection was simple and there's lots of parking. Clean and comfortable with a fantastic sea view. Also, it was great that there was milk in the fridge and tea and coffee.
The beds were firm, not uncomfortable but just not what we like. It was very cold outside and we didn't feel that warm at times even though the heating was on.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with a 3-minute walk to the beach and stunning views from the kitchen and conservatory. The rooms were immaculate and well-appointed, with quality furnishings and a Nespresso machine with pods provided. The service was excellent, and there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.
Although the garden was lovely, it would have been better if there was a mop and brush available to keep the space cleaner.

The location of this beach house is absolutely mind-blowing, offering jaw-dropping views of the beach with easy beach access. The stylish decor and high-quality finishing make it a super cozy and comfortable stay. The spaciousness of the house is impressive, with plenty of room for everyone. Key collection was a breeze, and the ample parking provided added convenience. All the little personal touches, like the beautifully decorated Christmas trees, made it feel like a home away from home. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen with an electric kettle and cookware. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and we appreciated the ease of express check-in and check-out. The VIP treatment made us feel special. There were so many outdoor activities to enjoy in the area, from hiking and cycling to fishing and golfing. The outdoor dining area was perfect for soaking in the stunning views while enjoying a meal. We also loved that pets were allowed, making it a truly inclusive getaway. And last but not least, the no-smoking policy ensured a fresh and pleasant atmosphere. We can't wait to stay here again!
